    actually they used to scare me too. it’s funny how if you have something as a kid once and don’t like it you don’t eat them as a grown up. i love my mom, god rest her soul, but she was not the best at cooking veggies. there a bunch of veggies that i thought i hated but just started makin them diff and now i love them. now okra…okra still kind of scares me.

    I’ve never made brussel sprouts before! This looks great. I’ve liked them for a long time – just only had them when someone else made them lol…. I guess I was afraid to cook them. I think I’ll try this! Thanks for sharing
