Don’t stop believing – Thinspo – Before and after


My first thinspo video…. If you would like your picture removed, please contact me ASAP.. This isn’t a video show casing people suffering from ED’s. So if that’s what you want to see, don’t bother watching as there are plenty others to see on youtube. This is a video for people like myself who struggle with their size and would be happy at a normal healthy weight.

    I lost 30 poundsdoing only one thing.. I ate an alkaline inducing diet.. fat lives in acid.. and sugar and other foods produce acid.. simple.. eat foods that cause alkaline production.. REAL food.. not prepacked.. only drink water.. it was easy once I understood what to do :)

    Its showcasing people who are overweight become healthy.
    That’s what the purpose should be – BECOMING HEALTHY
    I hate seeing all these videos of people proud of their EDs, it’s disturbing.
